Hotel staff were lovely

Canal beneath my balcony really smelled

I like how the hotel staff are so friendly and helpful.

The television doesn't work properly, and the wifi is really slow.

On the balcony you had a bad smell from the river that is next to the hotel . But there is nothing to do about that . Atleast you don’t smell it in your room

The room was an excellent size, bathroom was adequate

there was a problem with the shower - the water drained away very very slowly leaving standing water in the shower for a couple of hours

Only 2 power points in room none in bathroom. No hand towels.

Nice pool area ,good location not too far from the action but still nice and quiet in the evening

Everything was perfect, the staff, the security, the service was all perfect

The smell of cannabis was to much specially in the late evening, makes me think twice if im to bring children to this place

The machines in the gym ar very old and it not looks like they are useable. Very dirty . Small thing are broken in the room , and also very old .

Too much chlorine in the swimming pool No air conditioning in the fitness rooms and no fans as well, it make it challenging...can open windows and door for fresh air

I lived in this property back in 1998-1991 when it was apartments.. Good location quiet..

They need to up their game No tea coffee making in the room.. No bedside lights. No wall sockets neer the bed. Very poor TV.. Other than that the room was spacious and clean good size bed... Shower very good.. Breakfast well good go the extra mile and make a buffet breakfast.

I dont like write bad review, but...I pay in advance 3 night in check-in, we was arrived late in evening and very tired. all night was no possible to sleep, mattress had 10000 of waves and conditioner was so noice. In morning around 8 am I go dawn to talk with staff about refund money, because no possible for sleep, they ask me call in booking and no want change in their system (it was easy to change dates) but for sure they wont refund 1 night payment. I was agree that we need pay 1 night for cancelation fee but 1 night more they must give me back. Also lady no want that I speak with main manager to solve this problem faster. so, when I called to booking (booking in thai number was no working, I was trying 20 time for call). Booking from foreign number help me with this situation and in evening I take 1 night payment. But for sure this problem can be solved in 2 min. In the end I want tell that I dont like services of this hotel.

Quiet location but still in the center of everything. Good value for money. Pool on the sunny side of the hotel and not overrun. Very friendly and helpful staff.

What i didn't like is, during booking time we couldn't view the apartment which has 2 and 3 bedroom.

Great budget accomodation. Small dated rooms that are in desperate need of a makeover and some basic amenities like a kettle, wash flannel, ice cube trays and a microwave but well located and staffed by great people.

The rooms are now a little dull and need freshening up. I booked 3 rooms and every room had a problem with the safe. ie flat batteries safe locked when you checked in room had to wait for someone to sort it out safe not bolted down. Room door loose when you go out balcony door wont lock. No towels 2 nights out of 3. Too many things not up to standard Although I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now I wont be booking it again

The staff are excellent. The hotel is the problem. The rooms are not great. I realise it’s a budget hotel. The second night we upgraded to ‘superior’ rooms the only thing that was improved was that the air con in the superior rooms was not noisy. The skin and bathroom were terrible. My sink was not attached.

I have been here twice because it's good value for money. Really spacy room with a sofa for extra comfort. Mattress not too hard and not too soft so fine and a big king size bed. Staff very friendly and courtious. It's all the way at the end of the street but offers free tuk tuk service to the beginning of the street and from there it's only a 5 minute walk to Nana station (BTS). Room service is without extra charge as well.

The temperature of the shower very hard to control. Mostly either too hot or too cold and it takes forever to (try) and adjust this. Hotel also offers free wifi, as all hotels do, but with cards you have to get from the lobby. Now this is very annoying to say the least. Every time you break connection you have to use another card since every card is for one-time-access only. You can keep on getting new cards but why not offer a one time access for the whole stay ???
